Barbara is the author of the best-selling cookbook The Lost Art of Pie Making Made Easy\, which has sold about 500\,000 copies. She’s been teaching pie-making classes at the John C. Campbell Folk School and at Log Cabin Cooking for 20 years. Annie works as a cookbook editor\, teaches cooking classes at the John C. Campbell Folk School\, and worked as a pastry chef in Ireland. \nHOW THE CLASS WORKS: You’ll be able to see and hear us\, but we won’t be able to see or hear you (so stay in those comfy sweatpants if you wish).
